Enthusiasm: One Way of Keeping it While Crafting

Small Home Crafts Decluttered Office Ideas

As much as I like crafting, I do not like playing hide and seek with my crafting materials and tools!  If I can see it, I will tend to use it more.

Having a place for everything and everything in its place is not a new concept for most people but, in addition to this concept,  I'd like to be able to access whatever I need at first reach when I need it.

What I mean by first reach is the amount of effort that I need to take in order to get to or to reach for something.  Based on my style, I do not like to move others things out of the way in order to access my materials, such as, moving boxes in order to access a paper drawer. This tends to drain my level of enthusiasm and it interrupts "my flow" when I am working on a project.

So, I tend to organize my materials and tools in such a way that I can just walk or reach for whatever I need without displacing something else.

What about you? :)
